		The town of New Gloucester will be the first community to upgrade their maps under the state map modernization program and we are very pleased with the quality of the new digitized flood layers.
		While this is the highest historical Maine statewide average cash price for heating oil unadjusted for inflation, it does closely match the national average residential heating oil price of $2.12 per gallon for the period ending March 14 th.
