For those who dont know, Tulio is a third-generation Japanese Brazilian whose parents returned to Japan when he was in Jr HS, and he naturalised last year at age 21.
Though apparently he is ethnically "pure Japanese", he clearly has the football instincts of a Brazilian and is a great prospect for the future.
