Margaret Holland (1385 - 30 Dec 1429) was the daughter of Thomas Holland[?], 2nd Earl of Kent, who was the son of Joan "the Fair Maid of Kent," (wife of Edward the Black Prince and mother of Richard II of England) and grandson of Edward I of England.
Margaret married John Beaufort, the son of John of Gaunt.
Margaret and both her husbands are buried together in a carved alabaster tomb in Canterbury Cathedral that shows her lying between the two of them.

Holland was a clerk for the Methuen Senior Citizens Center for several years.
She was the widow of Edmund G. Holland, and members of her family include three daughters, Catherine and her husband Dr. Stephen J. Milewski of Newington, Conn., Jane M. Hersey of Salem, N.H., and Claire A. and her husband Joseph A. Golden of Methuen; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

My paternal grandmother Margaret Holland (maiden) was born 11 April 1919 and died 27 Jan 1991 but I am unable to find anything on her parents except her mothers first name was Lydia.
The marriage occurred April 8th.1906 and was solemnized at St. Barnabas Church, in the Parish of Bexhill on Sea, in the County of Sussex.
