 | | The JPA is comprised of the cities and towns of Belvedere, Corte Madera, Fairfax, Larkspur, Mill Valley, Novato, Ross, San Anselmo, San Rafael, Sausalito, and Tiburon, and the County of Marin. |
 | | The purpose of the JPA is to ensure Marin's compliance with the California Integrated Waste Management Act and its waste reduction mandates of 25% and 50 %. |
