  Mark McKoy - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Marcus ("Mark") McKoy (born December 10, 1961) is a former Canadian athlete, winner of 110 m hurdles at the 1992 Summer Olympics.
McKoy came to the international athletics scene in 1982 by winning a gold in 110 m hurdles and silver in 4x100 m relay race at Commonwealth Games.
McKoy subsequently admitted to using drugs at the Dubin Enquiry, and was given a two-year suspension.

McKoy emerged as a promising young track star in Toronto in the late 1970s while still a teenager.
McKoy continued to excel after the games, winning gold medals at the 1986 Commonwealth Games in the 110 m hurdles, and as a member of the 4x100 m relay team.
McKoy married an Austrian athlete in 1993 and began competing internationally for Austria in 1994.

McKoy, who at the time threw 60.50 to beat her previous record of 59.87m, threw 58.27 metres yesterday on her last attempt to claim the bronze, Jamaica's first at this staging of the XVIII Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, Australia.
McKoy fell out of medal position following a poor 55.53m in round four and a foul on her fifth throw.

McKoy slipped even further in the competition to fifth when defending champion Laverne Eve of the Bahamas, Australian Kimberly Mickle and England's Goldie Sayers also went past her heading into the sixth and final round.
