Mark tree - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A mark tree (also known as a chime tree or set of bar chimes) is a percussion instrument used primarily for musical color.
Unlike tubular bells, another form of chime, the chimes on a mark tree do not produce a definite pitch, as they produce inharmonic (rather than harmonic) spectra.
On a mark tree, the chimes are mounted linearly, while on a set of wind chimes, the chimes are typically mounted in a circular fashion with a hanging beater strung in the center of them.

 Matthew's breaking of Mark's chiasmus.
and the cursing of the temple in Mark
Mark's chiasmus of the cursing of the temple system is an interesting example of the use of structural juxtaposition in Mark's gospel, with sequences of parables placed in close proximity, in this case a chiasmus concerning the temple followed by a brief recapitulation and concluded with a summary parable.
The fig tree parable is used as a wrapper around the cursing of the temple and this type of juxtaposition and use of chiasmus is characteristic of Mark's entire gospel and was deliberate.

Nested marks are kept as a 23 tree which guarantees that the nested marks will be nicely nested.
The difference between a nested mark and a mark is that the former keeps a tree structure of children and parents, whereas the latter just stores the position of the mark.
If the exact length of the nested mark to be added is not known, then this method should be called with a length of 9999 or a similar large number, then re-set when the exact length is known.

Regardless whether the protected mark is descriptive, suggestive, arbitrary, or fanciful as used in connection with the product or service covered by the mark, the public's right to use descriptive words or images in good faith in their ordinary descriptive sense must prevail over the exclusivity claims of the trademark owner.
In short, fair use permits others to use a protected mark to describe aspects of their own goods, provided the use is in good faith and not as a mark.
Furthermore, as a Christmas tree is traditionally a pine tree, the use of the pine-tree shape refers to the Christmas season, during which Johnson sells this item.

Months later, in the dry, bright days of summer, Mark took his friend Bruce back to the clearing and found the cherry tree glittering in the sunlight like a translucent emerald on a stage of faded golden grass and somber pine.
The icy weight had torn the tree asunder, splitting it in half and dispelling the magic that had called them there through all the seasons of the year.
