The most important point in the will is that there is a reference to John Beauchamp's father, also called John Beauchamp, who was believed to be living in Buckinghamshire in 1615.
Most of her property was left to the church, or for charitable purposes, but she did make a bequest to Thomas Conq(u)est, who was her brother, or brother-in-law.
John's daughter seems to young though, but her mother Alice got married real young too.

Murphy helped to develop mobile laboratories for hospitals in France during World War I. A native North Carolinian, the cancer researcher James B. Murphy was born into a medical family.
The son of Patrick Livingston Murphy, Director of the Western North Carolina Insane Asylum, and Bettie Waddell (Bumgardner), Murphy was raised in Morganton, N.C., and educated at the University of North Carolina (BS, 1905) and at the medical school at Johns Hopkins (MD, 1909).
Fresh out of medical school, he obtained a position under the psychiatrist, Adolf Meyer, in New York, and when Meyer was hired at Johns Hopkins in 1911, Murphy was prepared to return to Baltimore.

CHAPTER IV His son, John Lyle, III, was a boy soldier in the American Revolution and was given a land claim in Kentucky for his service.
The second was a daughter who was named Isabella; she was born in 1779, according to one source of information.
As has been noted, Mary Paxton Lyle, daughter of Capt. John Lyle and his wife Isabelle Paxton, had married James McDowell and the young couple moved to Kentucky--the removal to the bluegrass country was made in 1783.

Trivia: According to Joseph McBride's "Searching for John John" (St. Martin's Press, 2001 - ISBN: 0312242328), Ford was urged to cast Richard Boone and Anthony Quinn as the Little Wolf and Dull Knife characters in this film as both had native American blood.
I have seen a lot of movies made in many different decades and I think this is one of the most beautifully filmed movies I have ever seen.
John Ford always filmed his westerns well in Monument Valley, but he reached his peak with this one in my opinion.

To be sure, by Poverty Row standards the Mesquiteers pictures were well above average, and their headlong pace ensured that no kid got bored.
One scene shows John Wayne unloading gas cans from a mule pack train and gassing the grounded airplane while standing on the wing in full cowboy regalia.
