The board of county commissioners, under section 1625, Rev. Laws 1910, are empowered to contract for the purchase or erection of a courthouse and jail when a majority of those voting in favor of the proposition submitted by the board are qualified property tax-paying voters.
Allen in the district court of Marshall county before the court, without the intervention of a jury, and was submitted upon the pleadings and agreed statement of facts signed by all of the counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants.
We, therefore, hold that the judgment of the district court of Marshall county is affirmed, and that the defendants in error should be no longer inhibited in performing the duties imposed upon them and sought to be enjoined and delayed by the action brought in this matter.

This cemetery is located 1/4 mile west of the currently used cemetery in Oakland, Marshall, OK. From the intersection of Hiways 70 and 199 in Madill, go west 1 mile on US 70, the cemetery is on the S. side of the Hiway.
The grounds are well kept but most of the monuments are in terrible conditions.
