		Martigny is a small city in Switzerland, located in the canton of Valais at an elevation of 475 meters.
		Martigny is located at a crossroad between Italy, France and Switzerland, one road linking this town over the Great St. Bernard Pass to Aosta (Italy), and the other one, over the "col du Trient" to Chamonix (France).
		Oppidum or vicus were the earliest Celtic tribes of Véragres under the name of Octodure, which supplied Martigny's ancient name of Octodurus.

		Anyways...this morning i checked my email and saw one email from Pedro (guy from Portugal who speaks amazingly good english) to everybody at idiap saying that he was discriminated for the 3th time in Martigny because he was speaking to a waitress in english and somebod else told him to go to his own country.
		The train ride from Lausanne to Martigny was nice, the Geneva lake is an awesome area.
		September 7th i will go to Martigny in Switzerland to work on my Master thesis project at IDIAP for the next 6-7 months.
