Surely, in terms of 'shocking behaviour shown by a 17 year old footballer I think chewing gum and having a tie undone probably ranks pretty low compared to some of the rather more shocking behaviour given to him as an example to follow by his fellow more experienced professionals in years past.
Football clubs need to be run more professionally, that is, more like a business, and less like a fantasy league team.
With the news that the four grace has been chosen to be built next to the other three graces at the pier head how fitting it will be when the club that brought football to the shores of the mersey finally build the peoples stadium next door at the kings dock.

I have an Helen O'Neill who is a mystery - on my family tree - she was living in Bessemer Street - and I have often wondered if she was related to my gt gt gran Margaret O'Neill - mother of John born 1864.
Rose O'Neill was born in Grangetown in about 1883, as was her sister 5 years later or so, but I'm not sure that the 1901 address is in Grangetown as it just says Middlesbrough.
One bit bothers me about the family - the sisters are the right ages (and with no other siblings which is right), and the name of Brown for the mother in law is correct, but the younger daughter was definitely called Helen, whereas on the census her name is given as Annie.

Patrick Kluivert is a world class footballer who plays for Newcastle United, when we were dependent on Bournemouth's results, and (in the end, a pointless) Steve Walsh O.G. the likes of Kluivert seemed light years away.
I think we are all a bit concerned about whicg Kluivert we are going to get, will it be the one who is an internationally renowned goal-scorer of world class quality or a guy who is no longer that interested in football and is just looking for a pay-day.

But the man chosen to represent all of the aforementioned was undoubtedly one of the greatest ever footballers.

You certainly have and know all of the above and you have enough experience to know what is good practice in terms of managing people, resources and football, and considering what you may consider as weakness, you have access to external resources and gurus to seek help from.
I cannot think of any other individual who can do better than you managing this club, but it has t be what you want.
