		Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (MDMK; Tamil: மறுமலர்ச்சித் திராவிட முன்னேற்றக் கழகம்), a political party in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu formed in 1996.
		But although the party was participating in the national NDA-government, Vaiko was arrested for 19 months under the Prevention of Terrorism Act.
