		In fact, Lucy Cecere, a co-founder of the Caring Community, which offers programs for Village seniors, and whose family were all Vialotti's patients, said she spoke to the doctor's wife, who told her that the office furniture was going to be sent to the Philippines.
		In total, 11 members of the Tapia family were patients of Dr. Vialotti, starting with Adelia's father, Dionisio - a superintendent on Carmine and MacDougal Sts.
		As fate would have it, his family and hers ended up moving into the same Waverly Pl. building.

		Marvel's 1st cousin (presumed) Phoebe Graham Evans and her family were listed about 50 houses away, and there was an L. Grimes (female) born ca 1832 living there with another Evans family.

	Captain Marvel: The Power of SHAZAM!
		Captain Marvel is an unusual member of the metahuman community in that he appears to have no real physical weaknesses while having the major suite of superhuman abilities (superstrength, invulnerability, flight, superspeed) at 70% to 95% of the level of other major powers on Earth.
		Marvel is not believed to be generating a biometric force field similar to the one that Superman produces, so Marvel's uniform has been destroyed in particularly fierce battles.
		It is rare to see Captain Marvel utilizing superspeed as the incredible weapon it could be coupled with superstrength and invulnerability, so it is assumed that he is hesitant to cut loose with the destructive force that these three powers would give him.
