Marvin R. Lewis (born September 23, 1958 in McDonald, Pennsylvania,) is the head coach of the National Football League's Cincinnati Bengals franchise, a position he has held since January 2003.
Lewis was not drafted into the NFL and stayed in Pocatello.
In 1992, Marvin Lewis was hired by the Pittsburgh Steelers as linebackers coach and was with Pittsburgh for four years.

Marvin Dean Lewis, son of Dorothy Lucile Adkins and Emory Lewis was born August 9,1937 in rural Wilmot, Cowley County, Kansas in the Lewis home that was on the Eastman Oil Field Lease.
Marvin and Eva Marie Stewart of Winfield KS were married on May 18, 1956 in the Burden Baptist church and celebrated their 47th anniversary in May 2003.
