In the photo on the right, standing next to Mary Ellen, are John William Dillon(l) and Mary Augusta Dillon(r), nephew and niece of Mary Ellen, though they referred to her as "Grandma Zimmerman".
(b) Mary Ellen, better known to me as "Grandma Zimmerman", was the half-sister of Nettie Alberta Dillon.

 Zimmerman
In the mid 1800's four Pennsylvania Zimmerman families headed to the southern Wisconsin area, David (and his sister Caroline Hoy), Isaac (husband of Mary Stonner), Isaac W. (who followed his son's George and Henry), and Matthias (believed to be a brother to Isaac W.).
History has long since forgot the exact relationship of all the Pennsylvania Zimmerman's but it appears that Johann Jacob was the first to urge the clan to travel to the new world.
"Johann Jacob Zimmerman, the original founder of the "Company of Mystics," was born in the Duchy of Wurtenburg in 1644, and, displaying great zeal in learning, was taken into the service of the Duke at the age of seventeen.

and Prankster, remember, is a "Prankster." As she sings in one song, "I know who I ain't." She presents herself as a mask, all the better to get at the truth (Bob Dylan, a man of many masks and much truth telling, started life as a Zimmerman).
Mary Prankster is, of course, not her real name.
The Pranksters were the subject of The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test by the godfather of New Journalism, Tom Wolfe.
