Matthew Gordon Bullard (born June 5, 1967 in West Des Moines, Iowa) is an American former NBA player.
Bullard played nine seasons with the Houston Rockets and one season each with both the Atlanta Hawks and the Charlotte Hornets.
Bullard currently resides in The Woodlands, a suburb just north of Houston with his family.

Bullard was discharged from the French air force on November 11, 1917 after getting into a fight with an officer while off duty and was transferred back to the French infantry in January 1918 were he served until the Armistice.
