		Hale, who has repeatedly attacked Jews and African Americans, is behind bars for allegedly trying to get a follower to kill Lefkow, who he believed was biased against him.
		The judge is not Jewish and had ruled for Hale's group originally before a federal appellate court reversed her.
		Hale has pleaded not guilty in the criminal case and is scheduled to go to trial in September.

		The widening rift between salaries of full professors at public and private universities is causing more professors to move from public to private institutions, according to a University of Illinois researcher.
		Hate Group Pamphlets Found on Cars at Northwestern U. Pamphlets authored by Matt Hale, the white-supremacist leader of the East Peoria-based World Church of the Creator, were distributed across Northwestern University's North Campus Sunday.
		In wake of the one-year anniversary of Matthew Shepard's murder and the on-campus premier of "Journey to a Hate-Free Millennium," many students said they were "appalled" to find hateful and derogatory anti-gay chalkings scrawled on the Plaza and in front of the Clark Building on Friday morning.
