Matthew Kelly, born 9 May 1950 in Urmston, Manchester and lived in Primrose Avenue in his childhood.
He was arrested in January 2003 over an allegation that he had sexually abused a boy under 16, but all charges were later dropped.
In October 2003 while being interviewed on Frank Skinner's talk show, Kelly confronted the host about his "'orrible" jokes about his sex abuse case.
