My friend traded him a grass cushion, and then mixed records with me. The grass cushion showed up in his (green guy's) inventory, and when I selected it, he said it had once belonged to my friend.
But, if what I asked about the green trader guy is true, then if you have Sapphire and can convince someone to give up their Groudon doll, then they can transfer it to your game.
Are you stuck with whatever guy sits in Mauvill or is ther a way to change him becuase I have the hippster and want a decoration trader.

The second is that the only way a pokemon can un-learn these moves in R/S is to visit the Move Deleter in Lilycove City.
Fortunately, there is no requirement or cost for the Move Deleter to perform this service.
