 | | As we saw in the introductory film clip, their simplicity, symmetry and beauty persuaded Einsten to develop a theory of relativity in which Maxwell's equations were invariant. |
 | | So, for the benefit of a lot of readers who still haven't tasted those pleasures, what I shall do next is to show the equations in their more elegant forms, giving an informal description of the notation. |
