The May 15 incident (五・一五事件 Go-ichigo jiken) of 15 May 1932, was the assassination of then-Prime Minister of Japan Inukai Tsuyoshi.
The system of party government in Japan was sundered by the "5-15 Incident".
It was one of the main reasons Japan's party-based government ended, afterward making the military an influential voice in the rule of the country — which would last until the end of World War II.

This warning is more to the other bloggers that may pick it up and run with it as if it's a slam-dunk.
It may have been that Kerry was in a “crew familiarization” period with the guys on PCF-94 (when the picture was taken) before the action that wounded and hospitalized Peck and Alston.

The boy died of TB at the age of 10, which also agrees with the accepted history of the family, a history with which Anderson disagrees due to bad data from The Powers.
Anderson, in both my opinion and that of my correspondent, Mike Dwyer, picked an incident in history that he probably thought was quite "safe" and that would never be solved to anyone's satisfaction, at least not within his life-span.
