		In connection with the guilty plea, Assistant United States Attorney Brendan T. Conway advised the court that Wagner Development, Inc. contracted with North Franklin Township to install a new water drainage system, with Glen Wagner, who is Vice-President of Wagner Development, signing the relevant documents.
