Jewish Law - Articles ("The Preembryo in Halacha")
R. Yisraeli has expressly so ruled, indicating that surplus sperm should be destroyed to prevent its unauthorized donation to another woman.
R. Auerbach seems to rule that the patient is not simply a facilitator but is a direct violator.
If we accept R. Auerbach's ruling that the woman is not merely an accessory to the doctor's primary violation (which in this case would be nonexistent) but that she herself committed the equivalent of an act of (capital?) murder, it would be prohibited for the Jewish doctor to facilitate such a transgression.

 Treblinka
According to Polish-Jewish historian Rachel Auerbach, fuel to burn bodies was not needed at Treblinka because "the bodies of woman," which had more fat, "were used to kindle, or more accurately put, to build the fires among the piles of corpses." Even more incredible, "blood, too, was found to be first-class combustion material," she wrote.
Jewish historian Rachel Auerbach, a member of an official Polish commission that inspected the camp site in November 1945 -- that is, a few months after the end of the war -- reported finding large human bones, "rotted masses of corpses," "pieces of half-rotted corpses," and "fully dressed" corpses, at the Treblinka camp site.

Displaced as he was, Auerbach produced a work of great erudition that contains no footnotes, basing his arguments instead on searching, illuminating readings of key passages from his primary texts.
The aspects of the book are the ways in which Auerbach considers not just situations and experiences but also individual characters and places and the reality of their representation.
Auerbach's success with his arguments is the way in which he knows exactly when to change his points and thus keep the reader's attention, and how he makes clear concise points to reinforce his deductions from well explained and provided examples.
