Medavia operates a fleet of fixed wing aircraft composed of the CASA-212, Beech 1900 and Dash 8 aircraft.
Medavia can offer a full range of aircraft from luxurious and executive jet aircraft such as Boeing 727 and Challenger 604, turbo-props such as Piper Cheyenne and King Air 350, large passenger airliners such as Airbus 300 and Boeing 737, as well as helicopters.
Our Management contracts are flexible and allow the owner to reserve his own pilots or those of Medavia, the owner may retain exclusive use of the aircraft or may choose to integrate into the Medavia fleet to generate some revenue.

During the time in which the shipments were made, Medavia was designated by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) as a Specially Designated National of Libya under the Libyan Sanctions Regulations.
NewCal Aviation, Inc. shipped the aircraft parts to Medavia without first obtaining the required authorization and export licenses from the Departments of Commerce and Department of Treasury, Office of Foreign Asset Control in violation of federal law.
New Cal was also advised that the exportation of aircraft parts to Medavia violated federal law since Medavia was listed as a Specially Designated National by the Department of Treasury, Office of Foreign Asset Control.
