	Megatron (Beast Wars/Beast Machines) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		Megatron (sometimes referred to as Megatron II, although this is not particularly accurate) is a fictional character from the Beast Wars animated series and toyline, part of the Transformers multiverse.
		Megatron developed a fervent hatred of organics, and slowly attempted to purge all the remaining organic traces of his own beast mode from his system with help of his Diagnotic Drone.
		In comics exclusive to the Botcon convention, Megatron was shown to meet his former mentor, Cryotek, who freed Megatron of his beast mode by transferring most of it to himself, only to have the transfer send him into a period of stasis lock.

		Beast Wars has gone into Transformers history, but it brought the franchise back to life and attracted both long-time fans and a new generation of Transformer enthusiasts.
		He was released in the U.S. as part of the Dinobots line during Beast Machines and sold exclusively in Target stores.

		Beast Wars was cool because it had the most action and it was funny and had cool charachters.

		In robot mode the tail that is connected to his right arm does get in the way unlike the BW Megatron where the tail in robot mode was connected to his robot head and remained on his back.
		BM Megatron is easy to transform but in dragon or robot mode the wings to tend to fall over.
