Paragraph 2 of that Part of the Schedule to the Representation Act, dealing with the description of the electoral district in the province of Saskatchewan, which describes the electoral district of Humboldt-Melfort, is amended by substituting for the words: "HUMBOLDT-MELFORT", the words "HUMBOLDT-MELFORT-TISDALE" at the beginning of the said description.
Reynold Rapp (PC) was the sitting member at the time of the constituency's name change.
S.C. The electoral district was abolished in 1966.

Melfort was a federal electoral district in Saskatchewan, Canada, that was represented in the Canadian House of Commons from 1925 to 1953.
It was created in 1924 from Prince Albert riding, and was abolished in 1952 when it was redistributed into Humboldt—Melfort, Mackenzie, Prince Albert, and Rosthern ridings.

Saskatoon—Humboldt is a federal electoral district in Saskatchewan, Canada, that has been represented in the Canadian House of Commons from 1968 to 1979, and since 1988.
This electoral district was first created in 1966 from Humboldt—Melfort, Rosthern (electoral district) and Saskatoon [ridings]].
It was abolished in 1976 and divided amongst Humboldt—Lake Centre, lbert_%28electoral_district%29" title="Prince Albert (electoral district)">Prince Albert and Saskatoon East ridings.

The 11 electoral districts described and named in Schedule I are hereby established within the designated area.
Subject to these Regulations, every actual producer who is qualified to vote in a district is entitled to be included in the list of voters for that district referred to in section 7 and to vote as provided in these Regulations.
The co-ordinator shall, not later than 30 days before election day, cause to be prepared and printed for each district a list of voters containing the names of the actual producers who are qualified to vote in that district.
