		Mellieha Bay for us, is a wonderful place, the beach is really really nice and sandy,and it is literally across a main road from the seabank hotel, there are a number of good restaurants around the bay, which all have very nice food.
		Mellieha is in the North of the island and is perhaps a little quiet for the holidaymakers who are looking for "beer and skittles".
		Mellieha Bay is one of the only safe sandy beaches on the island, and we found the beach bars,etc. offered good food and good facilities at reasonable prices, not the rip-offs that you get in other Mediteranean countries or indeed our own.
