 | | Looking back towards the 4th tee, with the 3rd green to the left, the village of Meltham can be seen in the middle ground, whilst in the background the imposing Pennines loom large. |
 | | The tree lined fairways make accuracy a virtue, and on the 8th hole there are even two huge oaks in the fairway itself, although it looks like 3 huge oaks, but one of the trees has twin trunks. |
