Memories (film) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Memories (also Otomo Katsushiro's Memories) is a 1995 anime based on three manga by artist/director Otomo Katsuhiro. In a walled city perpetually at war, everyone's lives and livelihood depend upon maintaining and firing the cannons: millions of cannons, ranging from cannons the size of the Seagram Tower to cannons the size of a bottle of Seagram's.
