The band managed to sell 1100 copies of the EP from the boot of their car, and Double J started playing one of the tracks, 'The Nips Are Getting Bigger', an ode to looming alcoholism.
For the next few years the Mentals' flirtation with the international market continued, while at home in Australia their fortunes were unusually driven by the fortunes of their singles, although the albums were always full of extra pop gems.
By now the Mentals were completely independent of the mainstream music industry, handling all their own business affairs, producing, as well as (obviously) designing their own record covers and writing and performing the songs.

It is a condition that recurs, because of repeated inflammation of this band of tissue.
The IT band at the hip lies lateral to a bony bulge on the femur (thighbone) called the "greater trochanter." With repeated stretching of a short IT band, the IT band can suddenly jump over this bony bulge and end up on the inside edge of the greater trochanter.
Also, the IT band syndrome does not usually make a person feel as though the knee joint is unstable, and it does not make the person feel as though he or she will suddenly fall.

The astral shares properties of the physical and the mental, and the ethereal shares properties of the mental and the spiritual.
An 'ordinary' object exists only in the physical plane (or more accurately, the physical band of planes), a thought-form exists in the mental plane, and depending on the nature of the thought-form, its existence may also reach partially into the astral or ethereal planes, a person exists across the entire spectrum, and so on.
The mental plane has spatial dimensions in its lower band (near the astral) but not in its higher band (near the ethereal).

MILESAGO - Groups & solo artists - Split Enz
Their music was in a similar vein to British progressive bands of the time -- Family was an obvious influence -- and though they always balked at comparisons to Genesis, there was a 'English-ness', and a definite eccentricity that was common to both groups, and which set the Enz apart from other local acts.
In concert, the band was soon in league of its own and their live performances from this era soon became the stuff of legend.
The Luton tapes had proved to the band that the more melodic 'power-pop' side of their music was a winner, so they worked hard on making the songs for their fifth album much more commercial, melodic and accessible, and they toned down the "weird" aspects of their image considerably.

Perhaps if this parent voiced their concerns to the band director when their child was told the show concept rather than randomly complaining during/at a performance (when it is too late to change anything) something could have been done.

Theory-of-mind research deals with all the various mental states: perceptions, emotions, desires, beliefs, knowledge, thinking, etc. These mental states are linked to each other, as well as to perceptions and to actions or behaviors experienced by the child.
Ages 2-3 years: The child begins to clearly understand three mental states: Perceptions — the child realizes that another person sees that which is in front of his eyes and not necessarily what the child herself can see.
In both situations the child must understand that their visual or mental representation is different from the reality.

While the record is short on true highlights, BJM offers an effective reminder that the level of cool achieved by garage bands has zero to do with the volume of their amps; it's something intrinsic, something that pours through even when the music appears (on the surface) more mellow.
This band wins on every single "cool" category that there is in rock, with the possible exception of coolest album art for this particular CD (although, they do take the top spot with coolest logo).

The band was “psyched” to take this approach and he believes the results prove that this was a “special recording” that was far better than had they “rehearsed it to death.”
For some 20 years, Mental Health has been playing at various venues and clubs across the state, and in the last couple years has performed at some regular spots, including the Redding Roadhouse, the Georgetown Saloon and Greenwoods Restaurant in Bethel, and done specialty events, including playing on stage for bigger-name concerts.
