	The Mental Body by A.E.Powell
		The mental body is built of particles of the four lower sub-divisions of the mental world, i.e.,, of mental matter which corresponds to the four lower sub-divisions of astral matter, and to solid, liquid, gaseous and etheric matter of the physical plane.
		The mental unit may be regarded as the heart and centre of the mental body, and upon the relative activity of the different parts of that unit the appearance of that body as a whole to a great extent depends.
		The mental unit thus corresponds, in the mental body, to the permanent atoms in the causal, astral, and etheric bodies.

		The final separation of the mental body from the astral does not involve any pain or suffering; in fact, it is impossible that the ordinary man should in any way realise its nature; he would simply feel himself sinking gently into a delightful repose.
		The student should recollect that most people realise so little of their mental life, even as led in the body, that when they are presented with a picture of mental life out of the body, they lose all sense of reality, and feel as though they had passed into a world of dream.
		Mental matter being so much finer than either astral or physical matter, it follows that the life-forces on the mental plane are enormously increased in activity.

		The mental body judges models in terms of the model's superiority; however, the value of a model lies in it's utility.

		Four mental health clinicians and researchers provided insights both from their counseling work directly with people living with HIV/AIDS as well as from their research into the psychological impact of HIV.
		Body Positive is grateful to all the participants in the roundtable, as well as to the Community Liaison Program of the HIV Center for hosting the event and to Van Morrow of Type-Right, Inc. for providing free transcription services for the audiotape.
		My area of interest and research is in looking at the dually diagnosed population of people who are developmentally disabled and have some kind of mental illness, and the role that prevention and intervention services for HIV play in their lives.

		The Mental Body is the vehicle of the principle of Mind within the Physical Universe.
		Although not specifically referred to as the "mental aura", the reference to "thoughtforms" and the "lower mental plane" in this context indicates that what is being described is the Physical Mental Body, rather than the mental plane of the psychic universe.
		The Theosophical mental bodies in contrast are much more like what Barbara Brennan describes as the emotional body.

		The Spiritual grid is simply the shell grid, so to speak, within it there is a grid specific to each individual that holds the pattern of who we are and what we came to learn and experience in this life, right down to the chosen DNA and chromosomes.
		The mental grid although similar to the meridian structure of Chinese Doctors is a more subtle.
		They do connect energetically with the Chinese Meridian System, but that system of energy is the actual energies used in the physical body as opposed to the Mental Body.
