		LONDON (Reuters) - Mentmore is set to announce it has agreed to an offer worth 200 million pounds from UK private equity firm Bridgepoint to take the storage firm private, the Financial Times says.
		In December sources told Reuters that Mentmore, whose "Spaces" and "une piece en plus" units offer storage for spare furniture, received a bid from Terra Firma Capital Partners, the buyout firm set up by financier Guy Hands.
		Neither Mentmore nor Bridgepoint could be reached for comment in the early hours of Monday.

		GALLUP — More than 20 Gallup police officers encircled a Mentmore rental house on Monday afternoon during a three-hour operation that yielded no arrests or suspects in connection with an alleged break-in at the location.
		Detective Erin Toadlena-Pablo, a spokeswoman for the Gallup Police Department, said the woman, the sole occupant of the rented residence, saw the shadow of an alleged intruder cast onto a nearby wall and heard someone breaking into a window on the south side of the home.
		Police initially suspected the intruders were inside the Mentmore residence and established a command center directly in front of the home.
