		Actually, Agility is almost necessary for sweeping with Metagross, since even with a + Speed nature, it's speed only gets as high as around 200, where as with Agility it can hit 458 speed with one use of Agility (assuming max speed EV).
		Anyways, I think that Metagross should have Agility, Earthquake, Brick Break, and Shadow Ball, and for if and when the three attacking move I have mention is not available, Psychic and/or Light Screen should be a substitute for them.

		I want it to have some sort of defence against type disadvantages with strategy moves as well as attacks.
		This gives a pretty good recommended moveset for Metagross, and explains why each move works best.

		I don't think tar should be extremely difficult to beat as long as trios alive, zapdos can use sub to help predict or you could just switch from mence to trio when tar comes out, maggy can paralyse tar if tar switches into it.
		If your Skarmory were to have Taunt, opposing Skarms would barely be able to come in at all anyway, the only exception being on Metagross obviously.

		Fortunately for Metagross, Fire types are few in OU, but a STAB Flamethrower/Fire Blast has the potential to 1KO Metagross and an un-STABed Fire Attack will usually 2KO it, this especially important to watch out for when switching into a Pokémon like Alakazam, who has the potential to surprise you with a Fire Punch.
		Leftovers allows Metagross to take more hits but gives away that it isn't the Choice Bander (the other main Metagross set).
		Rest and Sleep Talk would work nicely if Metagross is going to be your main Physical Wall, it also gives you a method of removing statuses and gives your team a Sleep absorber.
