I fiqure ST 50,000,000 DX 30 IQ 30 HT 30, but I have yet to see any campaign where those type of characters were listed and the Rule of 20 keeps most metahumans down since it isn't beneficial to buy any higher than 20 except for quick contests and a few rare situations.
Personally, I like metahumans with abilities beyond humans to have basic scores above human possibilities instead of equal and then modifying secondary stats or advantages.
Any input would be appreciated as I'm starting a campaign and while I probably won't be playing with any of these character I am statting out the NPCs fully and since I like the characters I don't want to do a half writeup or infinite _______.
