		Metropolis Records is a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania based record label, distributor, and mail-order store specializing in the industrial, EBM, synthpop, futurepop, darkwave, and gothic musical genres.
		The first few records released under the Metropolis label were actually European imports that were repackaged and released specifically for the US market, with Love Is Colder Than Death's Teignmouth being the label's first official release (MET001).
		Metropolis began signing acts as a record label in 1995, with groups such as Mentallo and the Fixer, Numb, and Front Line Assembly.

		I could see Metropolis releasing something along the lines of Wax Trax's "Black Box" for focusing on their back catalogue at $200, but from what I understand thats not their focus right now.
		i've been into industrial music for about as long as metropolis has been releasing albums, i used to order from them when they were digital underground and i still have a few of their catelogues.

		It certainly goes without saying that if you enjoy Terminal Sect that you will absolutely love Porcupine Defense.
		What is even more unnerving is that this is the same band who released a pathetic debut album on None of the Above Records several years ago and within a mere fraction of that time has release two superb releases that make most American Industrial music pale in comparison to them.
		Colin Schwen and Howard Wulkan are definitely going places and the rest us have no choice but to follow along and be consistently impressed at each new twist and turn they choose to follow down their musical path.
