	Mgarr - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		Mġarr, formerly known as Mgiarro, is a small town northwest of the mainland of Malta.
		Mgarr has two important prehistoric sites: Ta' Hagrat, which is still in a good state of preservation, stands in a field near the village centre; Ta' Skorba, excavated in 1963, lies just outside the village.
		It was only in the beginning of the 20th century that Mġarr got its own parish and fully completed church.

	Mgarr Ferry Terminal construction works resumed
		BIRKIRKARA, Malta (di-ve news)--July 07, 2005 1815CEST-- Updated July 08, 2005 1730CESTConstruction works on the new Mgarr Ferry Terminal, aimed at providing better facilities and connections between the two islands, have resumed following the finalisation of the new plans and their approval by MEPA.
		Given the extent of the works involved and the small size of the Mgarr Harbour, the harbour is being considered as a construction site.
		The authorities involved made a request to the general public to refrain from entering the site, unless there is the need to make use of the ferry, so as to avoid congestion.
