		Michael Ardagh Cassidy was born in 1899 at Pinner, Middlesex, England, and received his M.D. from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Glasgow, Scotland, in 1923.
		Cassidy had returned to Honolulu where Dr. Cassidy was in practice until he left the Islands, probably in 1931 or 1932.
		Cassidy died March 22, 1975, in New Rochelle at the age of 76.
