We've learned that Nunn's rap sheet is slightly longer than Sonny Liston's, including but not limited to possession of drugs, unlawful use of firearms, assault on a police officer, driving with a suspended license, interfering in official acts, and numerous traffic violations.
Nunn's attorney, David Treimer, suggests that Nunn is not a danger to anyone and shouldn't be held in jail.
