M-43 (Michigan highway) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
M-43 is a highway in southwestern and central Michigan from South Haven to Webberville.
Although it goes through Kalamazoo and Lansing, it is little used as a through route between those two large cities because it is less direct and fast than I-94 and I-69.
The sections of M-43 through greater Lansing and especially near Michigan State University are often extremely slow due to congestion resulting from commercial and commuter traffic.

State law includes prohibitions similar to the federal restrictions, and further prohibits persons who are under 21 years of age and have been convicted of a misdemeanor other than a traffic offense or adjudged delinquent; or are mentally retarded.

Although it appears that M-201 was created to serve Leelanau State Park north of Northport, the highway was in existence for many decades before the state park was created in the early 1970s.
A Michigan State Highway Dept map dating from the time of M-204's debut seems to indicate this highway was initially assigned the designation of M-304.
In exchange, another short state trunkline connector to the west, M-205, is transferred from the state to the Cass Co Road Commission and cancelled as a state trunkline.

stated that, "[i]n the event that the law school is unable to show (by a preponderance of the evidence) that a respective plaintiff would not have been admitted to the law school under a constitutional admissions system, the court is to award to that plaintiff any equitable and/or monetary relief it deems appropriate."
Nowhere does it state that the Law School must replicate the 1992 admissions process in its entirety or that review of every file is required if the Law School were to meet its proof burden.
We recognize that in a recent challenge to the University of Michigan's use of race in admissions decisions, the district court held that Supreme Court precedent does not bar courts from considering diversity as a compelling state interest.

For example, in State Highway Comm v Redmon, 42 Mich App 642; 202 NW2d 527 (1972), this Court emphasized the defendant's dilatory conduct in affirming the trial court's decision denying the defendant's motion to strike the plaintiff’s known expert witness.

If a state does not choose this first option, then individual water systems must either comply with a tighter proposed maximum contaminant level of 300 pCi/L in drinking water or conform to the 4,000 pCi/L standard and develop a state-approved MMM program plan to reduce indoor radon.
