Garden is a village in Delta County of the U.S. state of Michigan.
Michigan State Highway 183 runs through the village, connecting with Fayette eight miles southwest and with U.S. Highway 2 at Garden Corners, nine miles to the north.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 2.6 km² (1.0 mi²).

State maximum speeds are 85 in Arizona, 75 in Colorado, 65 in New Hampshire and on freeways in California (unless posted 70) and Ohio, and 55 in Connecticut (unless posted 65), on two lane roads in California (unless posted higher), and on non-freeways in Ohio.
On freeways in the daytime the tolerance is 5 MPH in Colorado, Florida, Michigan, Missouri, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, North Dakota, and Wyoming; 10 MPH in Kansas, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Montana, and West Virginia; and 15 MPH in Georgia.
The districts of the state appeals court are in disagreement on whether, as one judge wrote, "the mere educated guess of the arresting officer as to the speed of a vehicle" can constitute proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

These nine cases raise a number of questions regarding proposed takings of private property by Wayne County, focusing on whether the taking are for a public use or purpose.
The trial court dismissed his lawsuit, stating that the officer had failed to present sufficient evidence of background circumstances to support a suspicion that the city was the unusual employer who discriminates against the majority.
A provision in Michigan's medical malpractice statute (MCL 600.2169) states that a plaintiff's expert in a medical malpractice case must specialize "at the time of the occurrence that is the basis for the action in the same specialty as" the defendant physician.

The Mackinac Island State Park Commission has erected mileposts along M-185 (see example at left) using the State Park Visitor Center at Main and Fort Sts as Mile 0.0, which is used here as the termini.
This highway, also known as the Sojourner Truth Downtown Parkway, is the only three-digit Interstate spur or loop route from I-94 in Michigan.
The Michigan State Highway Dept had planned on simply relocating US-16 onto the new freeway, however the entire route was also assumed into the Interstate Highway System in 1956-57, thus meaning an Interstate designation would follow.
