Mark Kennedy, the consultant's project manager, advised they have considered all possible options and from their information the CFT is the best and preferred option, but they have not done a preliminary design therefore they do not have a detailed cost estimate.
Their consideration included information on various existing facilities in Ontario, the expected life of the existing plant's equipment, and the efficiencies of operating one system rather than two different systems.

Sexual Assault Centre London has established a satellite counselling service at the Northwest Middlesex Multi-Service Centre which offers in person counselling and support services for women 16 years of age and over who have experienced childhood sexual abuse and/or adult sexual assault.
This counseling is for individual, couples and families dealing with abuse, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, unemployment stress, grief and other issues.
Available for all people on Ontario Works and others experiencing financial hardship which act as a barrier to getting the service they need.
