	Bushfires burn close to Hobart - theage.com.au
		Bushfires in Tasmania's southern Midlands continued to burn within 10km to 15km of Hobart on Friday, with thick smoke enveloping much of the island state's capital.
		It is feared fires at New Brighton and Broadmarsh, about 15km east of the city, may join over the weekend with close to 30 fire crews battling the blazes which have now burnt more than 10,000ha.
		The Broadmarsh fire, Tasmania's biggest, has been burning with a front 27km long by three to four kilometres wide.
