This is the first MidnightLace ordered from Cheoy Lee Shipyard with the electrical panel on the port side of the main saloon, allowing room for an "L" shaped sofa to starboard.
The MidnightLace was the only boat Cheoy Lee built for someone else and they did so by forming a separate company called "Golden Wave Shipyards." Under the same name they produced a number of sailboats intended to compete with Nautor Swan without association with the normal Cheoy Lee line.
"MidnightLace was inspired by the slippery old hulls that were developed during the age of the rumrunner," Fexas says.
From the keel up, a MidnightLace power yacht is distinctive and impressive, and combines the finest boat building technology today with the efficiency and classic grace of yesterday.
Although the first MidnightLace was completed in 1978, the Lace heritage goes back much further than that - back to the pre-world war II commuter boats and World War II PT boats creating a distinctive vessel that will never be mistaken for anything else.
The 2005 52' MidnightLace is this years BLAST from the past, while providing the newest innovative technologies.
Considered one of the best non-Hitchcock thrillers of the 1960's, MidnightLace is the enthralling story of a woman being slowly driven mad by a mysterious stalker.
As far as mind-bending thrillers go, MidnightLace is at the top of its game with a labyrinth of clues, sinister little side trails, and a shocking and unexpected climax that kept its rapt audience talking over the clues for an hour afterward.
It's not as quite as fun as Charade, my other current passion, but MidnightLace is an excellent mystery by its own merit.
The MidnightLace is a wonderful concept boat--with only 11 foot beam, she has less room than some "fatter" cruisers of similar size.
The MidnightLace's were at the leading edge of technology in its time in both materials and construction.
Their uniqueness in design makes it difficult to measure a Lace against a Viking of similar age and condition and arrive at some reasonable conclusion.
Set in postwar London, MidnightLace (starring Doris Day and Rex Harrison) features many famous sites of the city.
It's a real "whodunit" (or "who's-trying-to-do-it") that will keep students guessing until the last minute, while at the same time using their critical thinking skills by sorting out the clues.

These images record a rare event - a meeting of boats seldom seen.
These MidnightLaces have an image of the past but provide today's performance as designed by Tom Fexas and embodied in modern materials by Golden Wave (Cheoy Lee) during the '80s.
This extremely effective formula has all the goodies of our premier Lash Lace Mascara with the addition of straight, lash-like fibers that act like mini extensions to make every lash count.
MidnightLace with its large, long and unusual up-and-out effect delivers the perfect evening performance.
Brill says: 'Use the MidnightLace Mascara as the makeup artists do.' The first time out with this exclusive formula can be a little tricky, so follow these steps carefully.
Tom Fexas gave us the 44's and the 52's in the Eighties and now with the revival of the line, with the New Classic 44' and the 52'.
The MidnightLace Classic will satisfy the modern yachtman's fancy who wants to command his own yacht in Safety, Comfort and Style.
Look around, view the Public section, check out the history, look at the specs, have fun, let you're lace addiction take over for a little part of your day and have at it.

Let us know if there's some design you'd like on a custom knife. He might be inspired to work it out for you.
Hand-knapped arrowheads, knifeblades and spearpoints by craftsman Russ Ivey of North Idaho. The stones worked are various: obsidian, double-flow dark or grey, translucent, truly fantastic "double flow lace" or "MidnightLace", "pumpkin" or "mahogany", also novaculite, Brazilian agate, and Oklahoma chert--mostly hand collected by Mr.
Ivey. There are broad spear points, fish points, as well as the famous Clovis point. Most of the knapping is in a good parallel flake.
Doris Day tried a rather different kind of role on for size than her usual bubbly comedy self in the 1960 thriller "MidnightLace", playing opposite Rex Harrison, John Gavin and Myrna Loy.
Doris wore 6-button leather gloves in almost every scene, and Myrna Loy, who usually was reluctant to wear gloves, wore very nice fl opera gloves in one key scene.
