Midwestern State University is an accredited 4-year college, located in Wichita Falls, Texas with an estimated enrollment of 6480.
In 1946, the college achieved senior status, and renamed as Hardin College, and renamed again in 1950 as Midwestern University.
Midwestern State University has over 100 student organisations and 14 nationally affiliated fraternities and sororities, as well as eight intercollegiate NCAA Division II athletic teams, and several intramural sports teams.
