Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra (September 29, 1547 – April 23, 1616), was a Spanish novelist, poet and playwright.
Cervantes was born at Alcalá de Henares, Spain.
The date is not recorded but since he was named Miguel it is believed he was born on the feast day of St. Michael (Sept 29) in 1547.

Suarez convinced the Cortes to annul the restrictive legislation Franco had left behind and to accept the Political Reform Law, which was approved by referendum in December 1976.
Suarez, brilliantly successful under crisis conditions, proved less effective as a day-to-day administrator, and troubles appeared after the 1979 elections.
