		You should see a list of visualization plugins on the right; select MilkDrop, and click 'start' to run it, or "configure" to configure it.
		getting MilkDrop to run properly after installation, try [re]installing DirectX or installing the latest WHQL drivers for your video card; doing these two things (especially the latter) will almost always fix the problem.

		Hopefully with time permitting I will be adding in the coming days/ weeks a bumper batch of presets and the preset authoring documentation should be getting a much needed revamp.

		basicly thats not going to happen but both AVS and milkdrop through winamp can bind to a line-in as their input and R4 does this as standard so the solution is to use a second computer to generate visualisations as doing 2 on one machine is not going to go smoothly.
		Milkdrop's code is now open source, so i would think it wouldn't be too hard to incorporate (of course, I could be wrong).
		the code for milkdrop may be but it still needs to be run by a host application, eg winnamp.

		Then I added MilkDrop events every 10 seconds but left the Preset file blank and set the Transition time to 2 seconds for each MilkDrop event.

		Some plugins, including Milkdrop, I believe, direct all of their API calls at their parent window instead of trying to find window with Winamp's name, so bridging it with foo_winamp_spam doesn't work.
		I suspect it would be difficult to get a foobar port of Milkdrop as it is included as part of the official Nullsoft plugins with Winamp 5.
		Right now to use MilkDrop with fb2k I wrote a little fb2k DSP and Winamp plugin combo that pipes audio from fb2k into Winamp via a Winamp input plugin.

	Math Is Fun Forum / The absolute majesty of mathematics!
		This milkdrop program is simply some of the best maths I have seen as applied to desktop entertainment.
		Most of these animation, I find, are very fast paced and bright (at times a little dizzying), so milkdrop is probably more suited to loud or energetic music.
		I also use Winamp (Media Player is slow to start and seems to "get in the way" all the time when all I want to do is play some music), and Milkdrop is great.
