The Millard Public Schools is a school district in the southwest part of Omaha, Nebraska; the school district is named after the former city of Millard.
In 2005, the district resolved to fight the "one-city, one school district" measure made by the Omaha Public Schools to take over all Millard schools that reside in the City of Omaha.
Millard is the third largest district in Nebraska.

Our philosophy was to down size the field size, the goals, the size of the ball and the number of players on the field, based on age, allowing each participant a chance to touch the ball and be successful (reducing the bunch ball/bee hive effect or the one/two advanced players that would dominate the game).
