The Mimico Waterfront Park, proposed by the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), was required to undergo an assessment to evaluate potential environmental and health impacts and set out measures to keep the park protected and accessible.
Improvements will include pedestrian trails, enhancements to fish and wildlife habitat, cobble beaches, sand dunes and a partly sheltered cove.
