The war mind’s class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Autohypnosis (Wis), Concentration (Con), Intimidate (Cha), Knowledge (history) (Int), Knowledge (psionics) (Int), and Psicraft (Int).
At 2nd level, a war mind learns the second principle of warfare for the individual combatant: the ability to avoid the enemy’s counterattacks if that enemy is not immediately overwhelmed.
At 10th level, a war mind learns the fourth principle of warfare for the individual combatant: to discover the underlying violence of the world and deliver it in a perfectly executed attack.

 Seer council and multiple mind wars - WarSeer Forums   (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-10-20)
(mind war says you can choose any model within range) I know they can target different models but can each mind war target a different unit or do the normal restrictions apply (ie; all models in the seer council have to target the same unit).
Also bear in mind that when the rules were wrote for mind war the was no seer council so I don't think it ever came up.
So as it is basically a shooting attack the multiple Mind War abilities should be able to attack one unit but as the wording in the Mind War entry say's "Any model" it means you can target any model from in that unit as long as it's still that single target unit.

When the Farseer is attached to the Seer Council, the Mind War power does not show up if all the powers are available(fleet of foot does if it's researched, i might add).
If you detach the farseer, mind war is displayed, but while attached to the seer council, there is no button for mind war.
though mind war isnt massively useful, it should still be available at all times.

The “Iraq War” has now officially lasted longer than World War II, I learned today from a WV Gazette editorial.
A more fair comparison might be to measure it against not only the war in Japan, but also the post-war occupation, which didn’t end until April 28th, 1952 (3,430 days from the start of the war).
The silly and disrepectful part is determining the merit of a war by comparing its length to that of another war.
