		The Minister is on record as saying that members will be appointed by April, but judging by the way these boards have been appointed in the past, he does not have a dog’s show.
		Whilst that Parliament was considering that legislation, the then Minister of Internal Affairs felt it was inappropriate to change the board at that time.
