Mink Stole - Wilbert Brummett - Cast
Part of the original motley crew of cast players in underground shock master John Waters' bare-bones 8mm, 16mm and 35mm cult perversions during the late 60s and early 70s, Mink Stole was born Nancy Stoll in the late 1940s in Baltimore, Maryland.
Calling themselves the Dreamland Players, Stole would become known as both the hysterical foil and vengeful nemesis of “leading lady” Divine, playing her annoying repulsive characters as pure evil incarnate.
Stole's movie time in Waters’ campfests would grow less and less as his movies/parodies grew more and more mainstream, but she remained an altruistic player for Waters nevertheless, appearing in nearly everyone of his films.

The Mink Ragdoll Cat - Mink Ragdolls Cats & Mink Kittens
Mink is not a new breed of Ragdoll, not even a new pattern, but rather it is a bloodline which can be traced back to the very first Ragdolls by Ann Baker and other IRCA Ragdoll breeders.
They are called "Mink" because the fur of this type of Ragdoll is still smoother than that of the pointed traditional Ragdoll, which is hardly possible, but they truly feel like a ladies mink stole.
Mink Ragdoll kittens are born with color (yes full color, not white).

GLT » Mink Stole: Renaissance woman
Mink Stole was born Nancy Stoll in Baltimore, Md., which was very fortuitous, as this locale not only gave birth to her new moniker, it also served to springboard her into the wonderfully weird world of John Waters and his brand of irreverent filmmaking.
Take, for example, Stole’s role as Taffy Davenport in Female Trouble, a young lady who is prone to play “car wreck” in the living room, much to the chagrin of her mother, Dawn Davenport (played by Divine).
Not one to shy away from controversial material, Stole does have a limit on what she is willing to do on screen nowadays.

Since Sarah was related to us on Father's side of the family, her arguments in favor of Mother's having a mink stole should have carried considerable weight.
I never figured out whether this result had been in back of Mother's mind all along, or whether she had simply embarked upon a battle with my father that she was determined to win, only to find when she did, that it was the battle and not the prize that was significant.

Pretty/Scary - An interview with Mink Stole
Mink's roles in early Waters trash cinema masterpieces “Pink Flamingos" and “Female Trouble" required her to square off against larger-than-life Divine (a cross between Elizabeth Taylor and Godzilla), playing the part of antagonist to the late transvestite star's homicidal anti-heroes and effectively cementing her legendary status forever among midnight movie fans.
Between appearing as “the mother of the gay" in the latest low-budget comedies, she performs live on stage as “Mink And Her Wonderful Band"; I recently had the honor of speaking with Mink via telephone to discuss acting, music, and making movies with your friends.
